KongoFarm is a small farm in the volcanic mountains of Harghita. We raise animals on open pastures, in balance with nature. We make cheese and other foods from their milk, using old, local recipes and methods.
We don’t push nature. We work with it. The land feeds the animals, the animals feed us, and we give back by keeping the soil and pastures alive: it’s a practice we carry forward every day.
